Interpretation and Definitions

1. Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

2. Definitions

At  rogers building blocks, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation policy below for a clear understanding of our terms:

Cancellation Period

Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
For cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

No Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused portions of the reservation. 

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of documented emergencies, severe weather conditions, or other extenuating circumstances, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. 

Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation date.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may lead to cancellations. Guests are responsible for understanding the terms and coverage of their insurance policy.

Rest in the four comfortable bedrooms, which boast 5* hotel accommodations that allow you to recharge after an exciting day of sightseeing, beach-hopping, enjoying the private pool and / or the foodie scene in downtown Charleston.

Step out onto the private screened patio to catch a breath of fresh air and enjoy a nice beverage on the outdoor furniture or roast some marshmallows on the backyard fire pit to make some s’mores for the family.

To top things off, all guests have access to a private semi-olympic pool, soccer field, tennis court and playground area in the community center which is only a 2 min drive or 5 min bike ride away. ★ POOL and COMMUNITY CENTER HOURS ★
Open from 4/1 – 10/31
Hours: 6am – 9pm Everyday

★ FIRE PIT USAGE ★
Only adults over the age of 21 should activate the gas fire pit.

Please follow the instructions closely and be sure to shut off the gas after each use.

Gas will not be replenished by the owner and guests are responsible for purchasing propane if depleted prior to using (can refuel at local Walmart)

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
